Nuvo offers a great user experience is and is very powerful to save you a lot of time importing data into your applications! It can be used in self-service mode very easily, but also offers many customizations, with regards to eg. data cleaning and style. In case support is needed anyways, you can count on them! As nuvo is just getting started they experience some growth problems which affected us a bit in terms of the bandwidth of customer support they are offering. Strong tool with a lot of flexibility. With this solution we can nearly cover all use cases and with the correct amount of invested time an advanced and universal self-service importer can be built. The ux is great for the user. The tool can be adjusted/customized in every way from styling to data cleaning. Their support is a huge plus. The tool can cover low-level to high-level cases. Low-level cases can be solved quite fast but you need to dig into the documentation to solve cases with an advanced complexity. However, all use cases from our side were solvable with nuvo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use nuvo to streamline our marketing data across different saas products. We struggled with unstructured data as every client was using a different template structure when approaching us. And we were not able to use classical ETL tools. With nuvo we created an effective self-service onboarding experience for our clients and save up to 15h of reformatting work per week. Was a great tool to import various Lead lists into integrated (legacy) CRM systems from various clients (as a freelancer). The formatting and uploading were intuitive, user-friendly and allowed for an easy import flow. It was super easy for our dev team to integrate the library and make things smooth going.
