Frankly, building such a solution ourselves would have taken us weeks & a decent amount of money as well **What do you dislike about Ingestro?** As nuvo is just getting started they experience some growth problems which affected us a bit in terms of the bandwidth of customer support they are offering. However, as I talked to their management team, those positions have already been filled and beginning of September 2022 this problem will be resolved **What problems is Ingestro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cleaning up Data and allowing us to derive important actions from the new overviews they offer. With this solution we can nearly cover all use cases and with the correct amount of invested time an advanced and universal self-service importer can be built. The ux is great for the user. The tool can be adjusted/customized in every way from styling to data cleaning. Their support is a huge plus. They also showed us that we can build the importer dynamically, so if the database changes the importer is updated automatically. **What do you dislike about Ingestro?** The tool can cover low-level to high-level cases. Low-level cases can be solved quite fast but you need to dig into the documentation to solve cases with an advanced complexity. However, all use cases from our side were solvable with nuvo. **What problems is Ingestro solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were able to help our customers build a self-service importer with an integrated and automated data cleaning for their often complex use cases. It helps especially for cases with a lot of variance on the input data side. ### 6. We struggled with unstructured data as every client was using a different template structure when approaching us. And we were not able to use classical ETL tools. With nuvo we created an effective self-service onboarding experience for our clients and save up to 15h of reformatting work per week. What we most like is that we are finally able to scale as data onboarding was always a bottleneck for growth. Strongly recommend! **What do you dislike about Ingestro?** The low code feature saved significant time during onboarding. As with other advanced SaaS products, I would obviously prefer a full no-code solution. Setup was done within 4h in total though making it comparably easy in comparison to time savings. **What problems is Ingestro solving and how is that benefiting you?** The AI-supported mapping is helping us rearrange files, however especially automated data cleaning coming from data hooks including server callbacks is creating the biggest time saving for us. ### 7. The formatting and uploading were intuitive, user-friendly and allowed for an easy import flow. It was super easy for our dev team to integrate the library and make things smooth going. **What do you dislike about Ingestro?** They could in the future perhaps also allow for the easy upload of PDF files.
