The employees are always quick to respond, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Whenever I’ve needed support or clarification, they’ve gone above and beyond to provide clear answers and effective solutions. Their professionalism and responsiveness make working with Infosilem a great experience.

**What do you dislike about Infosilem Academic, Campus & Exam?**

The only challenge is that the software has so many powerful features it can take time to learn them all. That said, the training and support from the Infosilem team makes the process much smoother.

**What problems is Infosilem Academic, Campus & Exam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Infosilem helps us solve the complex challenges of scheduling, such as managing room availability and instructor preferences. Each year we use Infosilem products, scheduling gets easier and faster.

Customer service is outstanding.   And development team are in tune with the needs of their users.

Not always super initiative for users who don't work with scheduling all the time.

**What problems is Infosilem Academic, Campus & Exam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps with data collection for scheduling requests and then helps with utilization and efficiency of space and schedules.

**What do you like best about Infosilem Academic, Campus & Exam?**

The improved processing speed, user access options, and user features make Academic a well rounded software. The move screen especially is excellent for viewing your options and solving conflicts. 
You can achieve a conflict free exam schedule with Exam, and adjust various parameters to achieve a good/better/best exam schedule for students, based on your institutions priorities.

**What do you dislike about Infosilem Academic, Campus & Exam?**

There are small user interface quirks that could be improved so more advanced users can move at speed when scheduling. 
Some terminology and functions may be harder for beginner users to adjust to initially.

**What problems is Infosilem Academic, Campus & Exam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating room assignments for courses, and schedules for conflict free exams.

I have not used their cloud version but the offline server is an issue

It takes care of all the rules once set , sometimes a manual user can skip while scheduling a new session
