Development and Integration is very user friendly and overall experience is very good. Decent tool for providing internal / external end to end visibility within your supply chain. I would like to see Infor take a more modern approach to their UX/UI design. At times it feels like the platform is still stuck in the old Web 1.0 way of web platform user interface design. Dashboarding and analytics could be more functional, insightful, and actionable. (read: drill down, click through, operational so-what's). Their professional services team is VERY good; however, project management overhead can be very high without a whole lot of visibility into the value add it is providing.
