We’ve used disparate products before, like Slack for team messaging, GoToMeeting for video/audio conferencing, and Ringcentral for phone/fax service. Infinite Connect is a consolidated platform that has all the features we’re used to in one integrated package. Using them lets us meet our needs with one single service, saving money every month in subscription fees. Whether we’re in an office, a coworking space, or a WFH environment, Infinite Connect helps us work together. **What do you dislike about Infinite Connect?** Everything has been excellent so far, though we have not tried out several features yet. **What problems is Infinite Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our team is separated by cities, states, and even entire continents and they work out of different settings - physical offices, co-working spaces and homes. Being able to work together seamlessly without hurdles is critical for us to be able to deliver the high-quality work our clients expect from us. Previously, we met these needs with a suite of different apps, but they don't always integrate with each other as smoothly as we'd like. Infinite Connect lets us toss the vast majority of these apps in favor of a single unified service. The integrations are built in, and it saves us money instead of paying multiple monthly subscriptions. ### 3. Infinity works seamlessly. Send a link, the visitors clicks it, and DONE. The looks are 100% up to date. Overall, it is second to none. (We tested all major webmeeting solutions). Lastly: Excellent support, if ever one needs it. **What do you dislike about Infinite Connect?** I honestly have no dislikes. It offers all the features we need. **Recommendations to others considering Infinite Connect:** If you are looking for a web meeting platform to meet with 1 or 100+ audiences, look no further. We've researched and tested most competitors. Infinity is the winner, and we've been using them for 3+ years now, if not more. **What problems is Infinite Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our web meeting audience is 'fragile.' Highly emotionally charged, and often not techy or tech-savvy. We needed a solution which offered a webmeeting platform which did NOT require any downloads or install, thus completely html5 browser-based, compatible with desktops/notebooks/tables/smartphones/and so forth. Easy to use. Professionally styled. Infinity offers it all. On top, we stay away from free solutions as they are not 'free' but cost in terms of security/confidentality. Lastly, since our service area is Dyslexia, we exclusively work with suppliers who communicate well, offer excellent support, AND who resonate with our drive to obliterate adolescent low literacy. Infinity is an excellent company, with stellar support, and crisp respectful communication. ### 4. Having used just about every online meeting platform out there, I can easily attest to the unique characteristics of OnStream that make it stand out as my platform of choice for high-quality online events. The quality of the video is extremely good and the reliability of the connections to the platform have always been outstanding. During a time where I have experienced a/v quality degradation on everything from Teams and Adobe Connect, to Zoom (as they globally throttle connections), OnStream has been a standout for always supporting great 2-way video and audio connections. The HTML5 platform is easy to use, simple to explain to first-time users, and the ability to create custom layouts on the fly makes it look more interesting that the standard look and feel you find on other platforms. Also the embedded content sharing for cloud-based group control of slides is a must-have for situations with multiple presenters. Last, the ability to have operator assist has been a godsend for our larger events that require more white-glove service and assistance with getting people onto the platform and logged for any compliance requiremenets. All in all, as with any technology- while there are some areas that can use improvement , OnStream is a super solid platform. **What do you dislike about Infinite Connect?** Sometimes we encounter random bugs in the software which isn't fun having to find workarounds for, but I think that's something that is encountered on any platform and software on the market so not something I would specifically ding OnStream too hard for- but it would be nice if there was a centralized location to review release notes and/or product roadmap items to see what's coming on the horizon in terms of new features or bug fixes. Hoping that soon there will be the ability to have more than 14 people on screen with 2-way A/V communication. Right now that is one of my biggest limitations on the platform. Would also love it if the custom layouts feature would allow you to save specific layouts to use/reuse. **Recommendations to others considering Infinite Connect:** OnStream is definitely worth checking out if you are looking for a more unique platform than the run of the mill GoToMeeting, Webex, Zoom type of platforms for hosting online meetings/events. **What problems is Infinite Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?** The OnStream product is great for helping us to connect with people virtually in a memorable and engaging way during a time when meeting in person is next to impossible in most scenarios. Among the benefits is that many of the clients we work with, they are wowed when they see the platform and love how it looks different from the rest. Combined with our experienced staff and technical team running the programs along with some support staff from the Infinite Connect team, our programs run smoothly and efficiently which is a win-win for us, our clients, and their event participants. ### 5.
