Recommendations to others considering Indio:
I would recommend taking a trial of it and considering how you're going to use it. I think using it as a tool to cut down on your in-person hand holding is extremely helpful, but if you're going to go through it the same way you would a physical application with the client it may not be worth it. What problems is Indio solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've improved our onboarding dramatically and really at this point all we have to do is have quick phone call with them to get a general view of their business. Beyond that, we are able to get all specifics using Indio, which is really nice. It really saves us a lot of time that we don't have to go through the application with them step by step - usually, if anything, we have to go over the specific sections that confused them.
