**Describe the project or task Indigo Trigger helped with:**

Discover-Define-Design B2B solutions for OrderManagement and Billing for a highly distributed media company.  Also, various implementation efforts for the same.  Project paved the way for operational consolidation bringing millions to our bottom line.

**What do you like best about Indigo Trigger?**

Effort and attitude of the people.  Smarts and honesty.

**What do you dislike about Indigo Trigger?**

Drawing a blank -- I'd guess scalability, perhaps.

**Recommendations to others considering Indigo Trigger:**

If you are in technology, make sure you engage the business with Indigo Trigger from the start.  One of their keys to success is providing the bridge between tech and the business.

**What problems is Indigo Trigger solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Operational cost pressures.  Expense reduction while maintaining sales productivity.
