- Easy to user
- Easy to Intergrate Workflows

- Old-fashioned 
- Less versatile 
- No free trial version

**What problems is iCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Managing large customer requests and complaints.
- Easiness in using and smooth workflow makes it beneficial for all.

I have used iCRM in customer service, as an advisor I used to work with this software, I had to update the conversation in the software based on customer talk.

**What do you like best about iCRM?**

The best helpful thing is that I can find all info related to customer at one place.

**What do you dislike about iCRM?**

I had to open different tab in the iCRM.

**What problems is iCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To give best possible results to customer, I can see all previous interaction in a single software.
