Creating a meeting en uploading document is very easy with E2M. And finally we can say that we work completely paperless. We only needed a short explanation and that was enough to work with it. At this moment, we already have 155 E2M users in our organization but we expect that this number will increase this year. The support from E2M is great. **What do you dislike about Indeqa?** At this moment, there is nothing I dislike. **Recommendations to others considering Indeqa:** Ask E2M for a demo and I guarantee that you will be just as enhusiastic as we are. We should have used E2M much more earlier. **What problems is Indeqa solving and how is that benefiting you?** Since January, we only need the E2M app for a fast distribution of meeting documents and printing these documents is nog longer needed. Now, all our meeting documents can be find in 1 place (before E2M, different programs (for example, Outlook, Sharepoint, Teams) were used for distributing our documents. . ### 2. Users only need an explaination of 20 minutes. Information of meetings is stored in 1 place, so easy to find with the E2M app. It is suitable for our own Microsoft Teams environment, as in a layer, so no use of servers somewhere else. Information stays at our own organisation. Competitors can't offer this. We can reach out for the E2M organisation whenever we need them. The FAQ's are great and accountmanagers respond rapidly. **What do you dislike about Indeqa?** I do not have an answer on this question. **Recommendations to others considering Indeqa:** This meeting tool is very easy in use, all documents, tasks and decisions in one place. I recommend it to other organisations. **What problems is Indeqa solving and how is that benefiting you?** All meeting documents are in 1 place. As before some documents were stored in different places: Outlook, OneNote or Teams. Now you open your E2M app and all documents, tasks and decisions are in 1 place visible. ### 3. Meetings are made paperless by placing all documents in E2M. The user can download the app on any device and thus always has all documents with them. Notes can be made on documents and possibly shared with other meeting participants, actions from meetings can be easily shared, and minutes can also be created and shared directly. Another great advantage is that it is suitable for our own Microsoft O365 environment and that the data will be stored on our own server. The support from E2M is excellent, easily reachable, and always quick to respond. In short: a very satisfied user! **What do you dislike about Indeqa?** I have been positive so far. **What problems is Indeqa solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our entire management has seamlessly transitioned to E2M in a short time and now works paperlessly. All meeting documents are in one place, making them easier to find. ### 4. However there is no any drawback i have seen so far. **Recommendations to others considering Indeqa:** There is no much required after installation of this software. It is very simple and easy to operate. It is very affordable and requires less energy. **What problems is Indeqa solving and how is that benefiting you?** This software has completely reduced on our manual paperwork. Everything is now done online and at suitable speed.
