What I like best about Inclusion Cloud is their impressive expertise and the certified talents they provide. Their Project Leader stood out as a highly professional individual who was not only bilingual but also displayed exceptional qualities such as patience and ease of collaboration. The clear plans, status updates, and effective Sprint management ensured that the project progressed smoothly, even during challenging phases. Additionally, Inclusion Cloud helped us achieve significant improvements in our business operations, including cost reduction, process automation, increased efficiency, enhanced product quality, and reduced payment time for our providers. Overall, their expertise, professional approach, and ability to deliver tangible benefits to our organization make Inclusion Cloud an exceptional partner.

Their staff was helpful and responsive for our team needs throughout the engagement, and they successfully helped our team to migrate a large amount of data the new CRM system, even though the team was distributed in different countries. Overall, a great experience working with Inclusion Cloud tech staff.

While bringing Inclusion Cloud up to speed on the project background and architecture was initially challenging, they could quickly catch up and deliver results.

Our company was selected to implement Salesforce Service Cloud for a non-profit organization operating in a specific market on a global scale. The project entailed migrating data from a legacy CRM application into Salesforce and integrating third-party donation and payment solutions. Inclusion was brought to provide our team with staff augmentation services for certified resources in enterprise architecture design, Salesforce configuration, and third-party software integration using ETL tools.

We must drive several testing to achieve 100% integration, which took more than scheduled. After establishing the proper workflows, we shorten the pre-sale deadlines and presentation of commercial proposals by 60%.

As an Inclusion Cloud client, I highly recommend their services to any business considering a CRM implementation. Inclusion Cloud was always prepared to solve any problems we encountered during the implementation process. They are an all-around positive and insightful company. If there is something they don't know they will be upfront with you and find the answer ASAP. They are a great company to partner with.

**What do you dislike about Inclusion Cloud?**

I hate that they're located in Buenos Aires because I cannot visit as often as I would like. Their offices are top notch and the people are great to work with.

**Recommendations to others considering Inclusion Cloud:**

They are a great company to partner with. If you are looking for staff aug or dedicated teams, use them. SAP/Salesforce needs - Use Inclusion. Their expertise does not rely on 1 or 2 people in the company. They pride themselves on hiring the smartest and brightest in Latin America.

**What problems is Inclusion Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are great communicators and listeners. They are able to provide top CVs to our clients within 72 hours.
