It has many functions at the single platform, one of the best is the ITIL processes like service design, service strategy, service operation which help in making it possible to work around the company just sitting in the frontdesk. The foremost one feature which I personally like the Alerting one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing much to dislike as the use of this software is new to me. The only thing I believe which can be improve is the UI interaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

IncidentMonitor comes with multiple functionality and features which included ITIL porocesses with integrated workflow engine, SSP and service catalog desinger.it also allows us to extend service beyond service desk into other areas of company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
