There is nothing to dislike. I have no complaints at this time.

Helping to resolve minor issues that pop up in the system.

**What do you like best about IncidentMonitor?**

It has many functions at the single platform, one of the best is the ITIL processes like service design, service strategy, service operation which help in making it possible to work around the company just sitting in the frontdesk. The foremost one feature which I personally like the Alerting one.

**What do you dislike about IncidentMonitor?**

There is nothing much to dislike as the use of this software is new to me. The only thing I believe which can be improve is the UI interaction.

**What problems is IncidentMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Alerting and making the startegy for the organization to achieve the goals.

**What do you like best about IncidentMonitor?**

IncidentMonitor comes with multiple functionality and features which included ITIL porocesses with integrated workflow engine, SSP and service catalog desinger.it also allows us to extend service beyond service desk into other areas of company.

**What do you dislike about IncidentMonitor?**

Nothing to dislike as it has almost additional features than other applications.

**What problems is IncidentMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ITIL processes defined in this application which streamlined IT infrastructure and other processes also.

UI as i said not much interactive, you cann see some work need to be done.
