They address my issues promptly, and not only do they fix them, but they also add new features I didn't even know I wanted. This level of support dramatically enhances my user experience. Additionally, Inbox Zero effectively handles sorting of job application emails by automatically filtering out rejections and highlighting important move-forward emails. This feature significantly reduces my stress levels and improves my efficiency by not having to read through exhausting rejection emails. I love the balance offered by the granular control to manually configure filters, alongside the option to use an assistant for automated setup. The assistant covers about 80% of the task, and I can easily adjust the remaining 20%, combining the best of both worlds. The software is unique and incomparable in solving the specific email management challenges I face, making it indispensable. **What do you dislike about Inbox Zero?** I initially faced many quirks and missing functionality with Inbox Zero. I also like that it allow you to create automations for Gmail using OpenAI. **What do you dislike about Inbox Zero?** There are no major downsides. People may not want to use a second tool to manage their inbox; however, the number of features are growing as is their own mail client. **What problems is Inbox Zero solving and how is that benefiting you?** I had a cluttered inbox with messages over a decade old.
