They address my issues promptly, and not only do they fix them, but they also add new features I didn't even know I wanted. This level of support dramatically enhances my user experience. Additionally, Inbox Zero effectively handles sorting of job application emails by automatically filtering out rejections and highlighting important move-forward emails. This feature significantly reduces my stress levels and improves my efficiency by not having to read through exhausting rejection emails. I love the balance offered by the granular control to manually configure filters, alongside the option to use an assistant for automated setup. The assistant covers about 80% of the task, and I can easily adjust the remaining 20%, combining the best of both worlds. The software is unique and incomparable in solving the specific email management challenges I face, making it indispensable. **What do you dislike about Inbox Zero?** I initially faced many quirks and missing functionality with Inbox Zero. Using AI we were able to classify emails and shortcut the process of tagging 300,000 emails across 10 years of trading.
