**What do you like best about InboundHiro?**

Inbound Hiro is a software that lets the user create a workflow automation and manage its customers lists that shows contacts and e-mail+phone numbers. I like the relevant content associated with the client, so for example a search engine that is showing autos, they might have a auto parts dealer who can have a page on the auto dealers website that would match with auto parts and accessories and can get access to customer info that would be interested in such parts they are looking for.

**What do you dislike about InboundHiro?**

Sometimes when we sent out e-mail blasts on the list, not all customers may read the content and delete it from their system. 

**Recommendations to others considering InboundHiro:**

If you like automation in creating workflow, then this is the software that would enable at much cost effective way.

**What problems is InboundHiro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The business problem that we are solving is retention of customers, their habits of buying can make it easier for our marketing department to target the products and or needs associated with that habit. The benefits is that when we have repeated customers, we can follow their buying or purchasing habits and create social media blog or post and can cater toward that target population.
