
I really like inBook for its outstanding offline functionality, perfect for collecting data in low-connectivity areas. I appreciate how it seamlessly syncs once internet access is available, which is crucial for our field operations. It's incredibly easy to set up surveys and forms, allowing quick deployment without needing IT support. The straightforward and intuitive interface makes it simple for both our team and participants. The kiosk mode is quick and stable, effectively locking the tablet to prevent any unauthorized access or accidental exits, which is essential for public area setups. I don't like the limited customization and branding options in inBook. We can't add our own logo, adjust colors deeply, or match the design fully to our corporate identity. For official customer-facing surveys, it looks less professional than tools that support full white-labeling. I wish we could fully remove inBook's branding from public kiosk surveys and have a large, clear area for our company logo at the top of the form or on the welcome screen.
