**What do you like best about inbook?**

What I like best about inBook is that it helps me collect and manage diet and health related feedback more comfortably during regular work. I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist and also create health education content for social media, so I regularly use it for diet follow-up surveys, healthy routine feedback, weight management responses, and healthcare awareness related activities. Creating surveys, adding questions, managing answers, and checking feedback responses feels simple during daily use. I also like that features like response collection, statistics, device support, and multiple survey handling help me manage different health and nutrition feedback activities from one place without making the process complicated.

Another useful thing for me is that collecting feedback responses and reviewing survey answers feels more manageable during busy schedules. Checking response statistics and feedback reports also helps while reviewing healthcare and educational activities during regular work. Managing surveys, devices, answers, and feedback tracking feels comfortable during normal work. Performance has also been smooth during regular use. Overall, inBook fits naturally into my healthcare and feedback collection work and helps me handle diet, lifestyle, and health related survey activities in a more practical and manageable way.

**What do you dislike about inbook?**

While managing multiple surveys, devices, and responses together, some sections can feel a little detailed during regular use because many options stay visible at the same time. I also feel that a few survey layout and customization settings could be slightly more flexible for organizing different feedback activities in a more personalized way. The platform works properly overall, though first-time navigation can take a little time while understanding how surveys, devices, answers, and statistics are connected inside the dashboard.

**What problems is inbook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iInBook is helping me collect and manage healthcare and lifestyle related feedback more properly during regular work. Earlier, handling survey responses, feedback records, and follow-up answers from different activities used to take more time during busy schedules.

Now it is easier to create surveys, collect responses, manage answers, and review feedback statistics from one place. Features like survey management, response tracking, device support, and statistics help me keep healthcare and educational feedback activities more properly arranged during daily work.

Another benefit for me is that managing multiple feedback surveys together feels less confusing because responses, devices, answers, and reports stay connected inside one system. Overall, inBook helps me save time and makes healthcare and feedback collection work more comfortable during regular activities.

**What do you like best about inbook?**

The best thing about this platform its very easy to set up and use for collecting quick customer feedback through a tablet-based survey. Also, their survey format is very simple for customers to answer in a very engaging manner, so it helps us to capture responses without making the process too complex or lengthier. I also like how it works offline, which is very useful for businesses when it runs low on Internet connectivity or instability. Dashboard is also very helpful in consolidating review feedback, statistics and device-level survey responses all under a single place.

**What do you dislike about inbook?**

This product is useful, but the overall interface and website feels bit simple when compared with other modern survey and customer experience platforms out there. It may also not be the best fit for advanced-level survey logic tools, deep analytics or highly customised reporting. Also, businesses looking for broader CX workflow, CRM integration or even advanced level automation, this platform may feel bit limited.

This platform helps us by solving the problem of collecting real-time customer feedback directly at the website or POS level. Instead of waiting for customers to fill out long online forms, this platform helps us to capture quick responses immediately after the experience. This platform also helps us by identifying service issues faster, tracking customer certification, an improved overall customer experience decisions. Perform specifically is very useful for location and site audit kind of customer survey.

What I like most is how simple it makes day-to-day bookkeeping without making me feel like I need an accounting background. The dashboard gives a clear picture of income, expenses, and pending payments without being overwhelming. I also find the invoice creation feature really practical—it’s quick to customize and send, and I can track whether clients have viewed or paid it, which helps me stay on top of things.

One thing I’ve noticed is that it can feel a bit limited when you try to go beyond basic bookkeeping. For example, generating more detailed financial reports or customizing them the way I want isn’t always straightforward. Also, the mobile experience could be smoother—sometimes it feels like certain features are easier to access on desktop than on the app.

Earlier, I used to manage my finances in spreadsheets, which got messy very quickly—especially when tracking payments and expenses together. With Inbook, everything is in one place, and I don’t have to manually calculate totals or worry about missing entries. I like inbook for its unique offline survey functionality combined with robust conditional branching and instant alerting. The offline kiosk mode is crucial for capturing feedback at locations with unstable Wi-Fi, ensuring no feedback is lost as data syncs automatically once connectivity resumes. I find the flexible branching logic perfect for segmenting user feedback, making CX analysis more efficient with tailored follow-up paths based on specific product pain points. The real-time alert system is invaluable, notifying my team immediately of low NPS scores or negative comments, allowing us to address issues promptly and reduce customer churn. Lastly, the clean, segmented reporting dashboard simplifies trend analysis and presentation preparation with easy filtering and export options. inbook offers practical, on-site feedback capture without the complexity, making it well-suited for our small to mid-sized team.

**What do you dislike about inbook?**

The platform’s asset customization for survey branding is very restricted. When I build questionnaires for different product lines—wireless earbuds, smart wearables, and home sensor kits—I want to embed unique product renderings, branded device photos, and custom brand color schemes for each survey flow. However, inbook caps the file size for uploaded images and automatically compresses visuals, making high-resolution product shots look blurry on retail tablet kiosks. There is also no centralized image library to store gadget imagery, so I have to reupload the same product photos every time I duplicate a survey template, which wastes a lot of repetitive effort. It also lacks editable custom header/footer blocks that apply globally across all active surveys, forcing me to adjust branding one template at a time whenever we refresh our device marketing visuals.

I rely on inbook for real-time user feedback, NPS tracking, and optimizing our CX strategy. Its offline survey capabilities, branching logic, and instant alerts boost feedback accuracy and swift issue resolution, enhancing our CX operations.

**What do you like best about inbook?**

I really like inBook for its outstanding offline functionality, perfect for collecting data in low-connectivity areas. I appreciate how it seamlessly syncs once internet access is available, which is crucial for our field operations. It's incredibly easy to set up surveys and forms, allowing quick deployment without needing IT support. The straightforward and intuitive interface makes it simple for both our team and participants. The kiosk mode is quick and stable, effectively locking the tablet to prevent any unauthorized access or accidental exits, which is essential for public area setups. Also, the initial setup process was extremely easy and straightforward compared to other enterprise tools.

**What do you dislike about inbook?**

I don't like the limited customization and branding options in inBook. We can't add our own logo, adjust colors deeply, or match the design fully to our corporate identity. For official customer-facing surveys, it looks less professional than tools that support full white-labeling. I wish we could fully remove inBook's branding from public kiosk surveys and have a large, clear area for our company logo at the top of the form or on the welcome screen.

I use inBook for efficient offline data collection and quick feedback surveys. It solves unreliable data collection in offline environments and replaces inconsistent paper forms, reducing errors and administrative work. With the help of inbook application, I can create surveys which helps me a lot to gather data for my project from different users like Names, Contact detail, Type of device they use and etc.
I can analyze data and export it to Excel sheets after that I can send notifications to surveyers according to their need.

At a glance, I have difficulties understanding the functionality of the Inbook website and Android application but after watching the tutorial it is fine now.

This program can be tricky to learn right from the start. Some things are a little confusing in the beginning but not too difficult that a user can't figure it out.

Well yes its easy to use you can go make your survey and then let other people run it. It's a very professional tool a organization can use. I would love to recommend inbook to those who needs services like this

The price is a bit too high like almost 20$ for 1 device for 1 month. I think it should be a little lower otherwise it is as good as it seem
