"Image 2 Go"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Img2Go?

Img2Go is a convenient, user-friendly online tool that stands out for its simplicity and versatility. What I appreciate most is how it brings multiple features—like image conversion, resizing, compression, and basic editing—together in one place. Because it works directly in the browser, there’s no need to install anything, which makes it ideal for quick, on-the-go tasks.

It’s especially helpful when you need to handle something fast, and it supports a wide range of file formats. I also like that it allows uploads from cloud services such as Google Drive, which adds to the overall convenience. Although the free version comes with a few drawbacks, including ads and slower processing, it still feels reliable for everyday use. Overall, it’s a solid option for anyone looking for a fast, straightforward image-editing solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Img2Go?

One of Img2Go’s main drawbacks is how limited the free version feels, which can make the overall experience somewhat restrictive. Users often run into file size caps, slower processing speeds, and frequent ads that interrupt the workflow and clutter the interface. Because it’s entirely web-based, it also relies heavily on a stable internet connection, which can be frustrating when your connection is slow or unreliable. And while it handles basic editing needs well, it doesn’t offer the advanced features or precision tools you’d find in more professional software, so it’s less suitable for complex or high-end image editing tasks. "Practical browser-based tool for quick image processing tasks"
3/5
What do you like best about Img2Go?

In my regular workflow, Img2Go is used as a lightweight, browser-based utility for handling routine image adjustments. There is effectively no implementation overhead: I can start using it immediately without installation or configuration, which makes it easy to introduce into an existing workflow when a quick image task comes up. In practice, it fits in as a simple processing step between file storage and downstream tools, where images are uploaded, adjusted and then exported back into documentation or content systems. This low barrier to entry matters, especially when working across different devices or environments where installing software is not practical.

Over time, I end up using Img2Go fairly frequently for small but recurring tasks such as resizing, compressing, or converting image files. These are not one-off experiments but repeated actions that come up during documentation work, internal sharing, or preparing assets for client-facing material. Because outputs can be downloaded in standard formats and reused immediately in other tools, it integrates cleanly into these recurring workflows without requiring additional connectors or setup. The interaction model remains consistent, which keeps repeat usage predictable.

From a usability standpoint, the tools behave in a predictable and deliberate way. Each operation follows the same basic steps, which keeps the workflow stable and easy to manage. The free version is clearly limited in scope, but within those limits the experience remains reliable rather than restrictive. That consistency makes it easier to combine Img2Go with other tools in the process, since there are no unexpected variations in how files are handled.

From a support perspective, my interaction has been limited but clear. When I’ve needed clarification, the available help resources and support contact options make it straightforward to understand how issues are handled, even on the free tier. Response expectations are clearly set, and the product does not rely heavily on direct support because the workflows themselves are simple and well defined. This is a reasonable balance for a free product and reduces operational dependency on support.

Overall, Img2Go works well as a practical utility layer within a larger toolset. Files move in and out cleanly and the tool can be used alongside storage platforms, documentation tools, or content systems without friction. While it’s not intended for complex or automated integrations, its ability to slot into existing processes with minimal coordination makes it a dependable option for routine image handling. What do you dislike about Img2Go?

The primary limitation I notice with Img2Go becomes more apparent as usage scales beyond occasional tasks. Because the free version operates within clearly defined limits, it’s less suitable when you need to process a larger number of files in a short period or apply repeated changes across many assets. In those situations, the workflow remains functional but requires more manual steps, which can slow things down when volume increases.

Another tradeoff is the constrained level of control available for more detailed image adjustments. The tools are intentionally simplified, which works well for quick edits, but it also means there’s limited flexibility when more precise tuning is required. For users who are accustomed to fine-grained configuration or batch-oriented workflows, this can introduce friction and may require switching to a more specialized tool.

From an operational standpoint, the free tier is best treated as a standalone utility rather than something that integrates deeply into automated or multi-tool pipelines. While it fits easily alongside other tools for ad-hoc use, there are natural boundaries around customization and reuse at scale. These limitations are understandable for a free product, but they do shape how and when Img2Go can be used effectively over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Create, Edit, Enhance & Convert Images Instantly."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Img2Go?

Whether you have experience with editing or not, img2go serves as a comprehensive solution for all your needs. You can easily edit your images by rotating, cropping, or adding your own watermarks. The platform also offers advanced AI features, including image upscaling, blurring, background removal, and colorizing black and white photos. The new beta AI feature that allows you to turn your ideas into images is particularly impressive. Img2go truly brings everything together in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Img2Go?

One aspect I dislike about Img2Go is its pricing. Charging nearly $7 for up to 480 tasks per month is significantly higher than what most other similar apps or websites that offer image editing and comparable AI features charge. This is really my only complaint about Img2Go; otherwise, it is the best editing tool I have used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Background Removal with Some Quality Concerns"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Img2Go?

I like the simple upload and download process, which makes it easy for me to get photos in and out. I highly value the background removal feature the most, as it helps me get logos or other things necessary for decks in a condition that they can be easily pasted without changing the aesthetic of my presentations. I also like the AI upscaler because it really helps make images we take during field work feel more professional in our presentations. There's basically no setup required, and sometimes you don't even really need an account, but it's more helpful to have one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Img2Go?

Sometimes the end product misses the edges or misidentifies background, but that's a rare occurrence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A reliable, easy-to-use tool for all image conversion needs"
5/5
What do you like best about Img2Go?

Img2Go has been a game-changer for my workflow. It’s simple, fast, and incredibly versatile — whether I need to convert images, compress files, or make quick edits, it handles everything with ease. I really appreciate the intuitive interface, which makes the whole process straightforward even for more complex tasks.

The cloud-based functionality means I can access it anywhere, without having to install extra software, which is a huge plus. The variety of supported formats is impressive, and every conversion I’ve done has maintained great quality.

Overall, Img2Go saves me time and effort on a daily basis, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable online image tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Img2Go?

If I had to mention a downside, it would be that larger files or batch conversions can sometimes take a little longer to process, and a few advanced editing options are missing. That said, these are minor issues compared to how convenient and reliable Img2Go is overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"What a Shame – You Ruined the Best Tool on the Market"
0/5
What do you like best about Img2Go?

The prices were really good until they ruined it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Img2Go?

I used to rely on Img2Go almost daily for quick and efficient image compression and resizing. It was hands down the best tool out there – simple, fast, and incredibly convenient.

Now? It's completely broken.

Your so-called “update” destroyed the entire workflow. Separating resizing and compression into different steps ruined the seamless experience that made this platform valuable in the first place. The new process is clunky, inefficient, and simply doesn’t work like it used to.

No matter how you try to spin it, this is not an improvement – it's a downgrade. And no, it’s not easy to use anymore.

If you cared about your users, you'd bring back the original combined tool – or at the very least, offer an option that replicates its functionality. Right now, you’ve lost what made you stand out. This platform went from essential to useless overnight.

Until you fix this, I will not be using your service anymore – and I’ll make sure others are aware of how badly you’ve handled this.

Sincerely disappointed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential Tool with User-Friendly Features"
5/5
What do you like best about Img2Go?

I love using Img2Go for resizing and cropping images; it's essential for my YouTube and social media platforms. The platform is appealing and reliable, with quick downloads and straightforward setup. Its compatibility with social media software enhances my workflow, and its file conversion feature is particularly useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Img2Go?

I find the limitation on the number of files I can download at once to be quite restricting. Currently, I can only download up to three files or images at a time, and I would prefer if this limit were increased to allow for a larger, more excessive amount. This change would make the application significantly more useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
