iMario uses transparent, usage-based pricing: a flat monthly fee that includes a monthly credit allowance, plus pay-as-you-go credit packs for variable workloads. Pricing is per account, not per seat, so an entire team can work from a single subscription. Credits are spent only on the actions you run, creating a synthetic individual, running an interview respondent, sending a direct chat message, or a quick test. So cost scales with usage rather than headcount. A free plan with 500 credits and no credit card lets teams evaluate the full workflow before paying, and pay-as-you-go packs cover occasional use without a subscription commitment.

Credit usage:
20 credits per synthetic individual created; 30 per interview respondent (up to 10 questions, +10 per additional 5 questions);
1 per direct chat message;
3 per quick test respondent.
Subscription credits roll over and accumulate at each renewal while the subscription is active.
Pay-as-you-go credit packs do not expire. Any credit purchase unlocks expanded plan limits for 6 months.
No mid-period refunds for downgrades, cancellations, or unused credits;
Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
