**What do you like best about Ilograph?**

As a software engineer of complex distributed systems, I think about these systems at many levels of abstractions. I spent a lot of time with various diagramming tools that enabled me to communicate how these systems worked and interacted and have found Ilograph to be the best. The founder William has been very receptive to my feedback and has implemented a number of small suggestions quickly after my unsolicited emails.

**What do you dislike about Ilograph?**

This is a 'big company' problem, but onboarding my enterprise to Ilograph has been challenging as a whole-site license is very expensive and a process I'm not able to go through. this means that I buy my own desktop seat for my own use  but collaborating with my colleagues is difficult.

**What problems is Ilograph solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ilograph solves a documentation/communication problem. It can be difficult to get people to 'see' how systems interact the way that I do and Ilograph is a great tool to help me accomplish this.
