Despite information being on official documentation, Confluence Guides and Sharepoint docs, it is hard for some of my colleagues to understand the tech jargon and terminologies. There are a few 'nice to have features' that are lacking like adding AI generated videos and images that would be great to have. Illumidesk is helping us author high quality compliance courses related to cyber security and privacy laws. We are also using it to teach our development team how to use latest AWS and programming languages.
