What I liked most about Illoominus was how reliable and cost-efficient it was while delivering exactly what we needed. We were looking for a way to automate and integrate our human capital data across different systems, and Illoominus made that process seamless. It saved us hours of manual work and gave us time back to action the insights. It also completely transformed how we visualize trends, understand the employee journey, and tell a more cohesive story with our people data.

At times there may have been more data in the platform than we knew what to do with but the team has helped us to navigate what’s available and coached us so that we’re taking advantage of the platform. What I appreciate most about Illoominus is how their platform enabled me to seamlessly build out a robust analytics framework to support my DEI initiatives. The tools they provided were intuitive and effective, making it easy to track and measure key metrics related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. These sessions gave me the opportunity to connect with a wide range of professionals in the DEI space, exchange ideas, and gain fresh perspectives that enriched my own work. While my overall experience with Illoominus was positive, one area for improvement is the level of customization available within their platform. The Illoominus platform's proprietary analytics and forecasting serve up root causes to our most pressing challenges and deliver tailored recommendations about how to solve them, allowing our team to play an integral role in shaping our company's overall business strategy. Illoominus integrates with HR systems, but we needed to get permission to do so. So, with limited access to our systems, there was still one manual process per month to make Illoominus work for us. While that saved us many, many hours of manual reporting and data blind spots, we’re very excited about their automated data integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

lloominus is a game-changer in helping us manage our HR data speficially with a DEI lense. Having the data at my fingertips as an HRBP brought down time to insights dramatically and allowed me to dive deep into data especially trends over time. As we paved the way on our people and DEI strategy, Illoominus played a crucial role in shaping our company's overall strategy.

One of the standout features is how Illoominus gives us a comprehensive view of the entire employee journey - from sourcing and hiring to engagement, promotions, and retention. This holistic approach allows me to better understand the whole picture and feel more confident in making decisions based on this data. While there's a lot to love, there is one area for improvement. Currently, it’s easiest to use Illoominus through direct HR system integrations. While we connected much of our data - I believe it would be even more powerful to have engagement and promotions data flow into their tool. We are still working through permission to connect this data. Once this truly becomes a single source of truth across all of systems, they are making dreams come true. The only other thing isn't specific to illoominus but more about data that isn't identifiable sometimes as HRBPs it can be hard to know the whole story and follow up is harder without know which employees specifically are impacted by something. What sets Illoominus apart is their team and their openness to collaboration. The team is incredibly easy to work with and has been an excellent partner throughout. Sometimes I would provide feedback or make a suggestion, and the Illoominus team had integrated that ahead of our next regular meeting.
