It's very user-friendly, and the booking channel is reliable and accessible. It's easy to migrate to and works seamlessly with properties. The reporting features for iHotelier are also excellent and used company-wide for a number of our hotels. Lastly, their customer service is exceptional and they have a technology team that is equipped to handle advanced tech and tracking issues accordingly -- which proves to be quite useful! What do you dislike about iHotelier?
