As an on-premise customer, the time it takes to receive certain updates is longer than we’d like, especially when there’s an urgent fix needed that’s impacting our current work. This has also slowed down our access to AI integrations.

We have customised the CAPA module to capture and record the transplant outcomes of all ocular tissue released for transplant from our organisation. This is well above our compliance requirements and has become a valuable tool, that no other eye bank in the world does to our level. The dropdown boxes that open up, do not open wide enough without manually having to stretch the box.

This system has a very simple workflow, but it still lets users customise that workflow to suit the needs of their business. You can create a lot of customisable fields to track the metrics that matter most to your business, and those fields can then be reflected in a dashboard.

When there’s an issue, using the support ticket system can be frustrating. It often takes a while to work through, and sometimes I’m passed between several people before I finally reach someone who can help. I find Ideagen Quality Management to be user-friendly. I like that it allows us to manage everything in one system, including NCRs, SOPs, and controlled batch records. It also enables integration between NCRs, CAPAs, and SOPs, which I find really convenient. The initial setup was very simple and straightforward. The ability to get back to an earlier version without looking at document notes which can be vague is not available. It is not intuitive to use. The ability to generate reports is cumbersome and difficult. Therefore self-serve writing a report is not applicable and need to purchase hours for assistance.
