What do you like best about IceHrm?

IceHrm is the best HRM tool I used so far, and the best part is it is 100% free and an open-source platform. IceHrm is a one-stop solution for all our HR requirements like leave tracking, complaint raising, and IT returns management, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IceHrm?

It is tough for me to find a thing as a disadvantage of the IceHrm tool; sometimes, the portal gets slow. I'm unsure whether it's because of heavy traffic or a slow network connection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about IceHrm?

What I like best about IceHrm is that it is very easy to set up and use. IceHrm provides a wide range of modules to manage your company. I like the leave management and timesheet management modules a lot in the software. IceHrm also has an open-source version which makes it very easy to create your own custom modules if you wish to or you can modify the existing modules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IceHrm?

What I dislike about IceHrm is that the documentation about the API and certain other modules is poor. There are not many details mentioned, which makes it a bit difficult to use. Also, the backend in the open-source project is difficult to understand and modify. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering IceHrm:

I would recommend IceHrm to people looking for good HR Software that covers all the modules required for your company. It is a good value for money product. It has so many useful features and is very easy to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is IceHrm solving and how is that benefiting you?

IceHrm is a one-stop solution for all your HR needs. With its ease of configuration and pretty good UI UX, users find the software very easy to use.

It has a Leave management module that helps you manage the employee leaves with ease and in such a way that the ongoing projects are not affected.

It also has a Timesheet management module that enables employees to edit their own timesheets and send them for approvals from their seniors.

You can store the employee information and retrieve this information whenever you want with maximum security.

You also have modules like payroll management, expense management, recruitment management.
