What do you like best about IceHrm?

What I like best about IceHrm is that it is very easy to set up and use. IceHrm provides a wide range of modules to manage your company. I like the leave management and timesheet management modules a lot in the software. IceHrm also has an open-source version which makes it very easy to create your own custom modules if you wish to or you can modify the existing modules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IceHrm?

What I dislike about IceHrm is that the documentation about the API and certain other modules is poor. There are not many details mentioned, which makes it a bit difficult to use. IceHrm is a one-stop solution for all your HR needs. With its ease of configuration and pretty good UI UX, users find the software very easy to use. It has a Leave management module that helps you manage the employee leaves with ease and in such a way that the ongoing projects are not affected. It also has a Timesheet management module that enables employees to edit their own timesheets and send them for approvals from their seniors. You can store the employee information and retrieve this information whenever you want with maximum security. You also have modules like payroll management, expense management, recruitment management. You also get performance and other company reports of your employees.
