**What do you like best about IBR_Plus?**

How quickly you can look up call history

**What do you dislike about IBR_Plus?**

It's inflexible in manipulating units. I'd like to he able to do more with them in terms of assigning them to calls. 

**Recommendations to others considering IBR_Plus:**

It's a great starter CAD for dispatchers, very easy to learn 

**What problems is IBR_Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Things can be done quite quickly with this system and speed is of the essence
