I love how the Ibotta Performance network allows us to integrate with Walmart.com. Ibotta provides a simple way to reach our customers with offers. It's quick to implement and easy to understand the impact. We like to use ibotta on a regular basis for a number of different marketing goals. The downside of ibotta is that it can be expensive. There are also a number of fees associate with anything beyond a basic campaign, like targeting specific consumer, or running a bonus offer. Lower fees would allow us to use them more often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You have to be careful with stacking of offers if that's a concern for your brand. For ex. I would pause a campaign if I had a Walmart rollback offer running at the same time. However, ibotta makes it easy to pause if needed and resume after promotions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't like that you need to include all IPN partners when syndicating and another retailer that is not part of the syndication. I also don't like that sometimes pacing is a lot quicker than projected. It still feels like projecting is inaccurate. Also wish there was a way to make it targeted with offers.
