What do you like best about iHotelier?

I like that there are multiple options to view for weeks/ months ahead for businesses traveling in the area and staying at competitor hotels. I also like that they supply graphs and contact information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iHotelier?

One thing that's difficult is that there isn't an online tutorial. One has to click and click and do trial and error to find what you are looking for and certain information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about iHotelier?

Seeing the trends YOY, being able to see comp set occupancy, being able to see where my hotel is at in ADR and Occupancy YOY to both the comp set and ourselves. Hotelligence is incredible, a great way to watch accounts to manager our BT share and to see where we can steal share from the comp set. Pace reports by segment by day of week, month, year. What do you dislike about iHotelier?

There really isn't anything to dislike about this program. It has a ton of information and can be hard to learn what is best to look at in the program, but they offer teachings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about iHotelier?

Travelclick is extremely user friendly. Very easy to use, tabs are clearly labled. Most of all love that Group booking links generate themselves, and properly match with our inventory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iHotelier?

The only issue I can find with Travel click is that you can only save changes to reservations or group links under and administrative accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about iHotelier?

iHotelier starts out as a great all in one capable system that manages everything from one's check in time to what a guest can order in their room at whatever certain hour, but the management system should work to improve on bugs it has and general gimmicks that make using the system more of an inconvenience than something of a help. What do you dislike about iHotelier?

First, $300 a month is a lot, for any thing, let alone a system that supposedly says it can do almost everything and then freeze or worse, have a bug that refuses to let you even touch the thing and leave both you and the customer stranded waiting for a reboot. It has to work on bugs as well as general gimmicks it does, like just not moving on from the first home screen to the next despite clicking on it several times forcing the computer to first freeze and then have to reboot it. I like the display of the property’s amenities and the option to add as much information or as little information as desired to the room type descriptions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a lot of glitches with the interface and matching up with our in-house system (Opera), which has caused problems with overbooking multiple times. Those situations have resulted in us having to walk to guests to over properties. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
