Due to the geofencing of the employees' pickup, and drop locations and geofencing of the clients' office locations, the exact time when the cabs reach these locations is recorded, thereby saving our operations the penalties that the client levies. Any deviation in the location where the employee boards or alights is highlighted due to Hypertrack. **What do you dislike about HyperTrack?** There is nothing that we have come across yet. **What problems is HyperTrack solving and how is that benefiting you?** As the Operations Manager my major concern is the location where the employee boards or alights the cab, the time when the cab reaches the employees location to pick them to bring to the client's office, the time when the cab reaches the client's office location and departs that location to drop the employees. It gives a lot of other information other than tracking like average distance traveled by delivery executives, mobile brand and model, distance traveled by bike, distance traveled on foot. **What do you dislike about HyperTrack?** Sometimes times there are bugs that hinder the live operations. Also, the tracking stops if the application with which it integrates kills or GPS turns off. Reporting and then fixing those issues take a lot of time which impacts the daily operations. **Recommendations to others considering HyperTrack:** It is a great product, and I highly recommend it. **What problems is HyperTrack solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are trying to track the live location and trajectory of our delivery executives. It helps us to calculate their fuel payout and also allows us to perform root cause analysis of complaints registered by customers. It will enable us to track the live location of our delivery executives with utmost accuracy, which helps us reduce frauds that delivery executives commit. It also gives us data of how many delivery executives have traveled on the bike, how much they have walked, which in turn helps us to calculate the accurate distance traveled for their fuel payout. ### 18. The pricing is very reasonable for most organizations.
