I really like the customer service and support because each time I've had a problem or a question, I received a response or help within seconds. I also like that I can upload different types of media to Hypersign, like JPEG files, PowerPoint presentations, and MP4 files. This flexibility allows for a variety of content, not just still shots, but also animations which can grab the attention of people watching the signs. I find Hypersign user-friendly, and the initial setup was very easy. Once you learn how to upload the information you want to display, it's smooth sailing. I would suggest that those tabs that aren't available should be darkened out, so you don't have to click on them and get an error message. But other than that, I don't have any complaints about Hypersign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the modular abilities of Hypersign with the customizable informational widgets I can include on the screens. What works well is the dynamic/live updates available to the widgets. I can provide multiple points of information for students and educators about current conditions, local conditions, room availability, and greetings. I find transferring documents into Hypersign Assets only works half the time for me, and it's a little buggy. Also, formatting doesn't always translate over clearly. I find Hypersign crazy easy to use, and the support is better than any other solution I've used. It's always up and gives me the freedom to use the content creation tools I want instead of something proprietary. I use Hypersign for our facility trackers and it allows seamless content sharing for multiple devices. I like the ease of uploading assets, and I find it works well when moving through various devices to ensure each is displaying the right tracker. I like the online portal that allows me to update the information presented from anywhere. The overall product works well for what we are using it for.
