We are seeing high accuracy and a high level of automation - especially with fine-tuned production models. The second thing I like is the speed of mapping each field and the simplicity of adding new structured documents. Only one blank sample is required to add it to the library of documents. **What do you dislike about Hyperscience?** Semi-structured extraction is not as smooth as Structured due to the required involvement of humans in multiple steps. The machine often needs help with the Field classification step and Transcription - this leads to stopping the extraction process in two parts. The second thing is that training in Semi-structured extraction requires a minimum of 400 samples that are not easy to get. This takes time and makes the implementation slower than they are anticipating. Finally, but most important - no AI Features are available. They are falling back compared to similar IDP tools on the market. **What problems is Hyperscience solving and how is that benefiting you?** Hyperscience provides us with a high level of accuracy extraction for structured documents. After the training, the level of automation is on satisfactory level. It allows us to make an automated flow and reduce the involvement of people for tasks that are not cost-efficient. Hyperscience allows us to bring additional value to the customers by reducing the TAT and reducing HC (saving unnecessary Ops cost). ### 2. We have implementaed for two different LOB and continue to add more LOB. There task restriction feauture allow multiple LOB to work on same platform without any audit breach. In terrms of their support , I would say it's phenomenal. **What do you dislike about Hyperscience?** It hard to say what we dislike as all feture within tool is great. We would love to see how they are integrating CICD to make deployment process automated as well. **What problems is Hyperscience solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helping to reduce manual entry on account opening as well as financial and non-finanical transaction. We have less workforce working on repetative task and utilizing same task to do work with help to increase cutomer success rate. ### 3. This tool is very impressive at automatting extraction in case of structured documents, setting up new document types ad defining the imported data fields is inceredibly easy and intuitive. So far i am impresed with how well it handles document classification.Training the system to categorize docments accurately is a plus point. **What do you dislike about Hyperscience?** So far i did not faced any issue with this tool, our team did great with this tool and we are happy but the only ting is this tool maybe not so good with unstructured data formats overall this tool is awesome! **What problems is Hyperscience solving and how is that benefiting you?** Their OCR capablitie is top notch, accurately extrating data from variety of document types. Additionally, the document classification feature has streamlined our workflows. By automating these tasks our operation team have experienced a reduction in manual tasks which lead us to increased efficiency and improved data accuracy across the board and customer support of hyperscience did well. ### 4.
