Agentis Reviews & Product Details

Agentis is a real-time checkout margin enforcement platform for Shopify Plus merchants using Oracle NetSuite. It evaluates every order against a configured profit floor in under 10ms — blocking, modifying, or flagging orders that would ship below acceptable margin. Built for mid-market DTC and B2B brands processing $5M–$100M in GMV who lose 8–15% of margin to discount stacking, freight zone variability, FX shifts, and stale COGS data. The platform integrates directly with Shopify Plus checkout extensibility and pulls live cost-of-goods-sold data from Oracle NetSuite via Celigo. Every order is evaluated against a configurable profit floor that accounts for current COGS, freight zone surcharges, dimensional weight pricing, FX rates, and stacked promotional discounts. Evaluation completes in under 10 milliseconds with zero impact on conversion rates. Configurable enforcement actions include hard blocks, automatic discount adjustments, alternative product substitutions, and silent flagging for margin operations review. Profit floors can be set per SKU category, per channel, per customer tier, per shipping zone, or any combination — giving merchants granular control over their minimum acceptable per-order profitability. Agentis is purpose-built for mid-market merchants doing $5M–$100M in annual GMV who run frequent promotions, ship to multiple freight zones, and source goods internationally. Customers typically deploy in 48 hours with pre-built Celigo connectors for NetSuite. Most reach payback within the first month through recovered margin alone.
