It is one of the best ways to provide coupons which can be specific and according to interests of clients. **What do you dislike about Huuray?** The excitement was cut short when I experienced delays in deliveries. Others had to wait for weeks to receive their e-gift cards thus reducing the celebratory nature of the gift card. It was inconvenient to follow up with customer support. **What problems is Huuray solving and how is that benefiting you?** Huuray is a company that simplifies the process of recognition and reward of employees. In the past I also employed wasteful time juggling single gift cards and vouchers. With Huuray, I am able to deliver rewards through the internet in a few clicks. ### 2. Im not impressed by the level of progress and service they provide in pursuing their mission. Their platform is a bit clunky as well. **What do you dislike about Huuray?** Ive never had any experiences, with Huuray. Whenever Ive had questions their support has been not prompt. Huurays platform needs to benefit from user navigation as it is confusing to use at times. **What problems is Huuray solving and how is that benefiting you?** The limited gift card options restrict the range of rewards that are provided to users. The automated reward and incentive processes occasionally encounter errors or delays affecting the user experience negatively. ### 4. Your vision is truly inspiring and you realize the mission daily. **What do you dislike about Huuray?** I don't have anything that I dislike about them. I continue to be amazed with the level of development and service that they provide to realize the mission that they have set. I'm very impressed with Huuray. **What problems is Huuray solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's an on-demand digital gift card platform that allows you to order and issue digital gift cards instantly, which is very unique and I believe that it is a great addition to the market. ### 6. It is easy to manage and I always have a great overview of the finances. The few times we have had questions, we have received quick support.
