The portal interface can sometimes be a bit confusing to find settings but this is only during the initial setup, once setup and enrolled in the managed training you don't need to think about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I entered live chat at 2:20 and exited live chat at 3:40 not having a single question answered and my issues were not resolved.

First I had to wait for a support rep to take my live chat. When the support person responds there is a small message letting me know he is typing a reply. My questions would sit a minimum of 5-10 minutes before he would even begin a response. Then i type something back and we repeat the process of waiting again.

I appreciate Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training's ease of setup and ongoing management. I can get a new tenant or customer added and configured in under 10 minutes during onboarding. The automated monthly training option is fantastic because I don't have to spend much time scheduling and planning trainings for the entire year; it's almost a set it and forget it approach. I also like its seamless integration into our AI Spam/phishing detection system, which works well as a third-party integration. We use Huntress SAT to provide our customers with IT Training and Simulated Phishing. It is incredibly easy to create a training course with a structure or targeted towards a specific topic. The videos are animated and are easy to watch and understand. It was easy to set-up and can be implemented automatically for user who make clicks on the fake phishing sims.
