We really enjoy that they automate the learning and training assignments after you do the initial setup. We used to spend hours scheduling trainings/phishing campaigns manually with Webroot. When a client falls for a phishing email, they get assigned additional training related to the phishing campaign. Not really a disklike, but the clients feel the shame and sometimes get frustrated about the additional training requirement.
