Aspect allows me to focus on being present in the moment versus worrying about taking notes or missing a key aspect of the conversation. I easily added it to my Zoom Pro account, and it also works with just a file upload for live meetings. I also love the summarization and recommended next steps! The only thing missing from the platform that I've notices so far is a companion app, but having the ability to upload files from live meetings decreases the need for this. Taking notes while actively listening to the candidate is tough and exhausting. With Aspect I can dedicate my full attention to the candidate, thanks to the incredible transcription. I've used other transcription tools in the past but they weren't built for recruitment and I had to find workarounds to make them pertinent to my work; not with Aspect! The summary, the Q&A feature and the ATS integration have boosted my productivity and lowered the context-switching stress, the analytics provided allowed for me and my team to have full visibility over our stats, and Aspect's team couldn't be more helpful, friendly and accessible!
