**What do you like best about Hueman?**

I know everything that can possibly be done, is being done to fill my open positions

**What do you dislike about Hueman?**

There is nothing I dislike about Hueman !

**Recommendations to others considering Hueman:**

I would highly recommend using Hueman recruiting services.  They take the worry out of finding competent employees and save time by only selecting candidates that would be a great fit for your needs.  As a manager, this is one resource that has saved hours of my time.

**What problems is Hueman solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Michelle has been our recruiter at Fairview Range Home Care and Hospice for one year.  In my 28 year working with Fairview, I have never experienced such timely responses and dedication .  Michelle actively seeks out candidates and thorougly screens them prior to setting up a interview.  Prior to utilizing Michelle, we had gone for over 6 months with open RN and Home Health Aide positions.  Since utilizing Michelle, this time has signficantly been reduced.

**What do you like best about Hueman?**

The team we work with at Hueman is amazingly responsive, partnering very closely with our hiring managers and with the central HR team to learn our processes and culture, and contintually adjusting to meet our needs. They are proactive in suggesting better ways to recruit, leveraging wider knowledge from across Hueman and the recruitment sector. They also have supplemental resources that we can tap into as needed, like marketing, and are willing to be creative and develop or hire new expertise on the team where we need it.

**What do you dislike about Hueman?**

I really can't think of anything I dislike about Hueman. They're fantastic. An argument could be made about pricing, but the flexibility and responsiveness that Hueman offer are worth it.

**What problems is Hueman solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hueman is our partner for the majority of our recruitment and pre-employment needs. We value this partnership because it allows us to flex the number of recruiters on our account up or down based on our organizational demand, and the Hueman team has been integrated seamlessly into the organizational teams they support which allows them to authentically communicate the unique experience in each of the teams, as well as assess candidates' fit which results in better hires on both sides.

**What do you like best about Hueman?**

With staffing at all time critical levels having someone dedicated to recruiting is important. With the number of vacant positions there should be extended times of focusing on finding applicants. We have been able to get interviews set up and offers out more efficiently. I do like having a recruiter to focus on nursing positions and another to focus on all other support staff. Maybe it would help if they spent time at the faciltiy routinely to become more familiar with the atmosphere.

**What do you dislike about Hueman?**

Its sometimes like playing a game of telephone. The recruiter, leadership, HR, and candidate. There is a lot of back and forth without direct communication at time. Feels less personalized. Difficult communication at times. I don't feel like this in the fault of anyone. Its being offsite and recruiting for a facility that isn't known firsthand. I have had multiple people checkin to the wrong area of the hospital and wait for 20 minutes or more for me and I am unaware they have even arrived. Each of them show me an email sent to them giving them instrutions to check in the way they did. Indviduals asking questions during the interview to clarify things that were told to them during phone screening that is inaccurate. Also me interviewing, saying make an offer, and then salary having to be requested from HR is cumbersome.

**Recommendations to others considering Hueman:**

Leadership and recruiter should work hard at making a connection and having a great working relationship.

**What problems is Hueman solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have improved my staffing the last few months. Some of it is from myself recruiting to known nurses and having more success now that travel rates are decreasing. Staff recruitng by word of mouth to their friends. Also Tara has done a lot of work finding external applicants as well

**What do you like best about Hueman?**

Michelle immediately became part of our team and candidates think she is a part of our team on-site and in reality she is in Florida.
Quickly became a trusted partner on the topic of talent acquisition / talent management.

**What do you dislike about Hueman?**

The biggest challenge is that some leaders only see the monthly expense and immediately make interpretation on whether it is worth or not.   Do a cost-benefit analysis and be prepared to demonstrate the value-add from all perspectives.

**Recommendations to others considering Hueman:**

The Hueman implementation was quick and efficient.  They will need a resource internally to partner with on daily tasks such as offers, etc.  Make sure you establish this early on and that the chosen individual has the time and talent to be a good resource to them.
Do a cost/benefit analysis before so you can identify the current state and costs to compare with Hueman results and quantify for leaders in detail.

**What problems is Hueman solving and how is that benefiting you?**

More active recruiting all around
Candidate contact is quicker.  Phone screens help us get to the best candidates quickly.
Candidate communication has improved.
Hiring managers were frustrated and now they are expressing gratefulness to Hueman for getting more candidates.
As the director, I feel like I have an expert in talent acquisition now
Data analytics are comprhensive and have been customized to what the executive team wants.
Continual improvement of process.  Hueman brings knowledge to our strategies and planning.

**What do you like best about Hueman?**

Hueman really took the time to dive into our various collective bargaining agreements and processes to ensure that they follow established practice and protocol in selecting candidates to fill positions. In the beginning, they worked to understand our hiring and onboarding process to find the natural points where it makes the most sense for them to step into and out of the process. They have been incredibly easy to work with!

**What do you dislike about Hueman?**

The only downside is that our candidates don't always know who to reach out to when they have questions during the process. They reach HR if they use the advertised "contact us" info on our jobs website, but they work with our Hueman Recruiter throughout the interview and job offer, and then are handed to an onboarding coordinator. It would be nice to have that all streamlined with fewer potential points of contact for the candidate.

**What problems is Hueman solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have struggled to actively recruit and source healthcare workers post-pandemic. Hueman has brought not only dedicated resources, but they have really improved our marketing and advertising strategy for these hard to find positions.

This organization highly values it's people.  Everything from development to engagement.  And they will bring this same focus to your organization, with tools to help hire for culture fit, thinking at times outside of your comfort zone and open up a recruiting strategy you may never have really imagined.

Recruiting strategy which considers all areas of the US where we have manufacturing sites.

Nothing that I can distinctly pointout. Every issue has been identified and adjusted if needed.

While it is a very helpful service, it takes a lot to implement and integrate them with your business. It's worth it in the end though.
