You'd think the simple approach of having well-dressed marketers from HubSpot standing in front of a green screen with only whiteboard-style bullet points showing as visualizations of what they are talking about would not be dynamic enough, but it is. The playback speed adjustment feature allows you to zoom through lessons you are already pretty familiar with and saves time because many of these courses are over two hours, and other than a quarterly certification day, which is much appreciated, my company, one of HubSpot's top partners, leaves it to your own time to complete these certifications. Every so often, you will be directed to study groups, online posting boards where you can interact with other HubSpot academy users to share you knowledge and understanding, and white papers that will take you beyond the course to synthesize and fully digest what you've learned. Finally, it's really cool to be able to download a certificate you can include on your resume and immediately include on your LinkedIn page as a badge in place of a diploma to show others that you know your stuff. I'd recommend HubSpot Academy to anyone looking to up their marketing game in a holistic way. Choose from lots of different courses that you will find highly relevant if you are in marketing. **What do you dislike about HubSpot Academy?** I can't find much to complain about with HubSpot Academy. It does get a little boring watching and listening to the talking heads. Maybe some more dynamic content such as videos of marketers talking to each other, or any kind of dynamic video content to make it a little more interesting, especially since some of the courses are up to nine or above hours. Perhaps include a non-educational break with interesting video content on an unrelated subject to give your brain a break and a chance to digest some of the information you learned in the course segment you just completed. **What problems is HubSpot Academy solving and how is that benefiting you?** I feel more engaged with my company since its content was used to demonstrate some of the concepts, not surprising since we are a #1 partner of HubSpot. Plus, HubSpot Academy is a training tool that your supervisor can't replace. He or she does not have dozens of hours to explain to you all the things you might be doing that you shouldn't be, or go over all the little things you should be doing, to achieve marketing success. Through HubSpot Academy, I am solving the problem of only having a 15-minute window each week of time with my supervisor, and learning what I am not doing that I should be doing, and occasionally what I am doing that I shouldn't be doing. HubSpot Academy directly taught me tonight that I should write intros and outros AFTER the meat of the blogs I am writing is complete. That's something my supervisor alluded to when he said my intros could be improved. But HubSpot academy stated the issue better, and with more authority than my supervisor. And that in some lessons they add more practice so as not to stay in the theoretical part only. It was without a doubt the most important commercial and personal choice I've made since starting my new firm. I'm able to join organisations and discussions with other entrepreneurs in the digital marketing field that I couldn't previously because to the information I've learned from the Inbound and Content Marketing courses. The classes also helped me lay a stronger basis for my company, especially when it came to key areas like Buyer Personas for my target market! Our team is learning and growing First, take the inbound marketing course: It is not, in my opinion, listed #1 by chance. I learned core phrases like Inbound Methodology and Buyer's Journey by taking this course initially. While these principles are discussed in the Content Marketing course, they are not covered as thoroughly.
