I appreciate the clarity and the efficiency of using pipelines in HubSpot Academy, as well as the automation features, like automatic tasks. The connection to Slack, email, and calendar really enhances my workflow. The integration with tools like Gong, which provides automatic meeting transcripts, is incredibly helpful. The ability to manage the flow of information between departments and knowing the exact stage of each deal is important to me.
