**What do you like best about hubsell?**

I like the perfect blend of data quality, multichannel in one place, and "human" AI usage to automate what matters in a clever way.

**What do you dislike about hubsell?**

The interface is confusing sometimes, but the support from their team compensates for that huge time. As it is the "set and forget" kind of product once you have everything in place, the initial difficulties are experienced only once. The rewards after the onboarding are far more important than the ironing needed to some litttle details.

**What problems is hubsell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me data source, multichannel outreach and relevant messaging creation all in one tool. Regarding AI usage (something I hated before) the blend between what the tool does and the Hubsell team expertise that shares it's knowledge made me leap forward into leveraging AI in a human way that I fully feel comfortable with.

**What do you like best about hubsell?**

Great return on investments! Makes my day so much easier and my work generally scalable. Wouldn't wanna live without it.

**What do you dislike about hubsell?**

The learning curve is steep but once you learn how to use the tool, it really makes your life easier.

**What problems is hubsell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

hubsell helps me to easily find the right prospects and allows me to get in touch with the fully automated. If ia had to do that all manually, I'd go crazy.

Prompt response, continuous product improvement.

Can source contact data if you have Sales Navigator

**What do you dislike about hubsell?**

It simply provides a platform for email automation, can't advise you about the marketing strategy or marketing tips. There is a lack of communication between Hubsell and customers. I would expect Hubsell reaches out to customers frequently to see how things are doing or if Hubsell can support anything; but they didn't. Customers pay for the subscription then have to manage everything by themselves.

The platform doesn't provide any stats about which email in the sequence that the contact opened, unless you manually go to each contact page and see their activity. It also doesn't say how many times a contact could open an email.

Email automation, sourcing contact data

**What do you like best about hubsell?**

Data and automated workflows make Hubsell a great software product, but the support is what really stands out - responses are quick and the team always go above and beyond.

**What do you dislike about hubsell?**

Reporting functions used to be slightly more challenging, but have greatly improved. It would be great if we could get the option of visualisation in there though, like a chart/graph.

**What problems is hubsell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped us overall with lead generation. This is through prospect sourcing and then the automated email campaigns - Hubsell makes it simple to reach out to large pools of new contacts with personalised content.

**What do you like best about hubsell?**

I have always found that the content the Hubsell is able to locate is accurate and fit for purpose for my prospects. It's easy to use, and it fast-tracks the research aspect of prospecting for my team.

**What do you dislike about hubsell?**

The user interface does tend to change frequently, and it can take time to find your way around after changes have been made, which can be frustrating as a user.

**What problems is hubsell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Researching quality B2B prospects is time-consuming for my team and can be hit-and-miss. Hubsell fast-tracks the research aspect of prospecting for my team, allowing them to focus on following up on leads quicker.

**What do you like best about hubsell?**

Great customer service.
The product is easy to use.
It has a good user interface.
Karan Sharma was absolutely fantastic at getting us on board. He was patient, polite and excellent at his job.

**What do you dislike about hubsell?**

It would be better if we could check the validity of email addresses before starting a campaign. We've been getting a lot of failed delivery emails. Could save time on both ends.
It also takes a while to update the numbers/stats on Hubsell for failed delivery emails sent to BCC.

**What problems is hubsell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently using Hubsell for our email campaigns.
Helps to gather contacts.
Also supports A/B version testing.

**What do you like best about hubsell?**

Good responsive support and a good level of technical insight. Advice at every critical stage and attuned to the sales process/landscape. I also think its a very good system for those who need to scale up sales activity with limited resource

**What do you dislike about hubsell?**

There is currently nothing I dislike so far. I think initially I had reservations about acquiring data from public sector organizations however all issues were resolved in a timely fashion

**What problems is hubsell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hubsell combines a few different functions into one solution. Namely the Data mining/Information gathering aspect aswell as the prospecting workflow. Its a system that provides a service aswell

Leveraging on the year-long experience and success of the hubsell team. 
Being able to combine LinkedIn activities and email sequences. 
The overall support, both in person and via live chat functionality.

**What do you dislike about hubsell?**

The functionalities of the tool can be overwhelming at first as they offer vastly more options in managing email campaigns than competitive tools.
Overall the tool could work more intuitively as sometimes you just overlook the desired options.

**Recommendations to others considering hubsell:**

Hubsell does not only provide the technology but also the training to create, write and perform successful outbound campaigns.

**What problems is hubsell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simplifying the process of prospecting potential target accounts and personal contacts through automation of both research and synchronizing contacts with the tool. Planning and executing sophisticated sales campaigns.

**What do you like best about hubsell?**

Usability, thoroughness and ease of pulling out contact information, ability to automate and scale out outreach. Customer support and Onboarding is great. Better than anything else I've used before.

**What do you dislike about hubsell?**

That it does not profile Facebook information too ;)

**What problems is hubsell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

List building, cold outreach, scaling outreach cadence in my team, sifting through noise and getting signals when someone is ready to set up a meeting.
