Hubly has been a lifesaver for my company. The staff at Hubly is always available to answer any question, fix any glitches and reall get to the "why" of what you want Hubly to do.Couldn't be happier! **What do you dislike about Hubly?** Can't think of anything that I could recommend changing. **What problems is Hubly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Scalability, consistency of delivery of client experience and making sure the user always knew where a client was in any given process or workflow. ### 4. Their support and training is very hands on without being too much and they are very easy to work with. **What do you dislike about Hubly?** There is not a lot to dislike I wish that the workflows were only movable horizontally across the screen, i would like to be able to move them more like post it notes **What problems is Hubly solving and how is that benefiting you?** All of our spreadsheets and checklists are much easier to follow and remember to use in hubly ### 6. Seriously. **What problems is Hubly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Everyone knows where everyone is on their projects, also it helps us keep track of all of the projects we are all working on. It's fabulous. ### 7. Most of all we LOVE that it ties into Wealthbox and allows us to have one place to put all of our service items and documents so that the team can see all that is going on. **What do you dislike about Hubly?** Our office has had a learning curve figuring out how to change old outdated practices and modernize them for the future using Hubly. We would love to see it easier to manage birthdays and anniversaries for how our office works. **What problems is Hubly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Hubly is solving the problem that our office had from fast growth and getting everyone to work on the same page without all the paper. We have several people in our office who love technology and embrace the paperless office while others like their paper. Hubly has allowed everyone to have their documents in one place while working on service items and multiple people in the office to be able to service a client all at the same time. ### 8. Excellent tool for systematizing processes **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Ann S. | Lead Advisor and Co-Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2022 **What do you like best about Hubly?** It is relatively simple to use and very intuitive It is focused on workflows and actually does them right There are lots of options for how to view tasks so each user can use the views that make sense to them The company is very responsive and is constantly making improvements, but they are announced and rolled out thoughtfully and are always about doing something better, not just change for the sake of change **What do you dislike about Hubly?** Limited ability to store comments and relate them directly to particular tasks Limited ability to chain workflows and do branching Some of the editing could be faster (bulk changes rather than one step at a time) **Recommendations to others considering Hubly:** Understand what you are looking for and where it will fit into your tech stack. It only does workflows, but it does them way better than other tools, IMHO, including built-in workflows in CRMs, and the much cheaper, general project management tools. Expect some upfront time to get your workflows set up and for the whole team to learn how to use it and communicate about it. **What problems is Hubly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Coordination with my assistant on who is doing what Keeping track of client tasks, both one off things, and regular workflows Systematizing my processes and keeping them up to date ### 9. Workflows are flexible and easy to update as needed. The running "hub feed" of tasks is an easy way to see what tasks need to get completed and when. We have always received great support from the Hubly team when we had questions. **What do you dislike about Hubly?** It would be great if Hubly would offer the ability to assign tasks to functional groups instead of just individuals. **What problems is Hubly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Hubly automates our workflows by allowing us to simply enter the meeting types and dates and having automation rules that kick off the workflows the desired amount of time before a meeting.
