It solved me problems of wrong salary or missing holidays accountable days
After raising my service now request, I usually get a super fast answer and all corrections if there is any 
It also helps to provide the right resource to solve a problem if it's more complicated/ so technical

one drawback of hr workflow for service now is its complicity during the initial setup and configuration which can require lot of time and experience. and customization options while powerful.

Everything is best!!! As you get verity of services in single platform as soon as offer is accepted by candidate the work flow cycle gets started automatic email genration, onboarding, Feedback ( week, month, year) Documentations (digital), Background Check, compensation and Offboarding.

For using this kind of software you need to be logically strong and it creates a conflict situation sometimes. Data management is also an issue as the data increases system is not properly optimised for that.
