HR Onboarding.ch Reviews & Product Details

HR Onboarding.ch combines recruiting and onboarding for Swiss SMEs in one platform. Recruiting: publish jobs on your own career page, on Google for Jobs and via multiposting to jobs.ch, CH Media and Job-Room. Applications flow into a Kanban pipeline per job; your team rates dossiers with stars and notes and schedules interview rounds. A CV parser reads documents, and a rule-based talent pool suggests matching profiles for new openings, without AI. Candidates follow their status in a dedicated portal and upload missing documents there. Onboarding: new hires enter their personal data themselves, checklists distribute tasks to HR, IT and line managers with four-eyes approval; offboarding works the same way. Security: hosted in Geneva, databases and documents encrypted at rest, two-factor authentication, digital data processing agreement, automatic deletion of application files after 180 days, public status page. From CHF 899 per year, unlimited users, free trial without credit card.
