It plays a vital role in improving the team's productivity, allowing us to focus more on strategic tasks rather than getting bogged down by routine admin work. **What do you dislike about HR HUB?** Honestly, I haven't found any dislikes with HR HUB so far. It's been a reliable tool for our HR needs. I'm genuinely pleased with how it supports our operations, and there’s nothing I would change at this point. **What problems is HR HUB solving and how is that benefiting you?** Generally, I faced challenges in viewing and updating my personal information and I needed to contact the HR department for the same, either through verbal communication or email. Almost all modules are available. It is quite easy compared to other HRMS and trust me when I say this, I used almost 8-9 different HRMS. Support till now is amazing and I hope we are getting the same response 😅 **What do you dislike about HR HUB?** I don't feel any negative point or have any suggestions at this point of time. **What problems is HR HUB solving and how is that benefiting you?** All the operations are working well and module inter connectivity is good which we needed. Earlier product only provide us attendance, leave and payroll but no control at our side as we were using SaaS but even using the same SaaS model HR HUB provides all the required points. ### 6.
