HR FLARE Reviews & Product Details

HR FLARE is HR software for teams of roughly 5 to 75 people who have outgrown spreadsheets but do not want an enterprise suite or a sales call. One workspace covers employee records and documents, an org chart, time tracking with timesheet approval, leave requests and balances, payroll records and payslips, expenses with receipt scanning, recruitment with a public careers page, e-signature and analytics. An AI assistant answers plain language questions about your own HR data, limited to what each user is allowed to see, and it can be connected to ChatGPT or Claude. It runs in English, German, Arabic, Spanish and French, in the browser, as a Mac app and as an installable web app on phones. Database and documents are hosted in London, UK, which the European Commission recognises as adequate; a data processing agreement is published at hrflare.com/dpa/. Free for up to 5 employees with every feature and no credit card. Past 5, flat plans: $29 a month for up to 10 employees, $79 for up to 30, $149 for up to 75. HR FLARE keeps payroll records and payslips; it does not calculate or file payroll taxes or pay salaries.
