Their connectivity range and the security they provide and further the configuration setup is effortless

As far as my experience there is nothing I dislike about any of their product

**What problems is HPE Access Points solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are trying to solve the global chip shortage which has affected the delivery of the product

Easy installation, swift configuration. Small footprint, and quite unintrusive.

**What do you dislike about HPE Access Points?**

Using Clearpass software for managing can be quite challenging, especially for starters

**Recommendations to others considering HPE Access Points:**

If using the Clearpass solution for management, don't also hesitate to acquire the initial implementation, to assure a correct installation and configuration

**What problems is HPE Access Points solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wide area coverage. A seamless experience for the end-user. Access to all relevant information.

**What do you like best about HPE Access Points?**

What is best about the HPE access points is that they allow customization to my specific needs.
They can be configured in various manners and can be configured to meet stringent security standards.

**What do you dislike about HPE Access Points?**

Technical support is lacking in understanding and language barrier. The lack of HPE's support has made it difficult to make changes without causing downtime.

**Recommendations to others considering HPE Access Points:**

I recommend that others that are considering using HPE Access Points perform a proof of concept of the 
Access points to confirm that they will meet your specific needs. This will allow for expectations to set.

**What problems is HPE Access Points solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to meet and configure in a secure manner. We have multiple state and federal audits and we have been able to meet the security requirements with HPE's access points.
