Not having to call in to customer support, I have used the online to ensure set up and all the available features can be used properly. **What do you dislike about Netgear Orbi Pro?** There's not much I can say I dislike about the Orbi Pro. The simplicity of setting up and other things just make this one of my most liked wireless set ups. I think if you have one con, is price.
