Our company is one of ISP which offers different services like Leaselined, broadband, Bulk bandwidth, etc for corporate companies. *As an ISP we need routers for a high amount of data handling and routing purposes. for this purpose, we have used in our network Huawei core routers(HUAWEI NE40E-X8 ). *In our network, we have taken two core routers for connectivity purposes and maintaining redundancy in the network. Huawei X8 routers are high performance and great scalability provided to all users. *As per my experience,(HUAWEI NE40E-X8) router is one of the best core routers which is handled for approx 400 Gig data overall our WAN network. Our network having approx 150 Gig of load across all cities and we route this load to our uplink provider (TATA). *Most of the company used these routers as core routers and for IDC used due to this router features is great and practically as good as well.X8 features like Line-rate forwarding capability, excellent expansibility. It can be deployed at the backbone network.it can also provide comprehensive service for enterprise networks. *Switching Capacity is very good(6.5 Tbps) as compared to other vendor routers also hardware weight is average we can easily move this router to other locations.
