Howdy Reviews & Provider Details

Howdy connects US tech companies with the top 1% of talent in the Western Hemisphere. Years of helping teams go global have taught us that hiring the right person takes more than checking a resume, and keeping them takes more than a paycheck. — How we vet talent — Our team of 30+ in-house psychologists, trained as recruiters and equipped with AI tools, vets every candidate. Our recruiters follow a four-stage process that includes technical assessment and a soft-skills and cultural-fit evaluation. We interview more than 100,000 candidates a year to place the top 1% of talent in Latin America. Fewer than 5% of applicants make it through the process. — How we support professionals — Every professional we place is paired with a full-time performance coach with at least 10 years of industry experience. This coach's only job is helping them excel on your team. We operate 10 Howdy Houses across LatAm, with hubs in Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru, and Uruguay. These office spaces give your LatAm team a home base for coworking and community. As a Howdy partner, you get in-country HR, legal, and people operations support. — Roles we place — We help you hire professionals across AI and machine learning, software development, data engineering and analytics, and DevOps and infrastructure. We also staff UX/UI design and product management professionals to round out product teams. We don't stop at engineers. We also place sales, customer service, graphic design, personal assistant and executive support roles, finance and operations, and more. Every role, technical or not, goes through the same four-stage vetting process and gets the same ongoing coaching and support. — AI training and upskilling — Every professional we place goes through a structured AI training program. The training starts on day one and continues through on-the-job upskilling, mentorship, and peer learning at our Howdy Houses. Developers who completed the pilot phase of this program saw a 52% increase in productivity. — Results — Our placement data shows a 98% retention rate. Across our partner base, we've helped companies save more than $100M compared to traditional US hiring costs. — Who we work with — We work with US tech companies of all sizes, from early-stage startups building their first engineering team to mid-market companies scaling existing teams. Partners like RigUp, Earnest, Fuze Health, and OJO have used Howdy to build engineering teams that stick around.
