Yeah, their interface looks unlogical, but it works if you ask them. With their numbers, you can register in Telegram or Facebook (worked for me but ask the live chat). They have a Chat with live support agents on their site. However, they don't work when it's night in Europe. The agents in that chat showed me a nice rate for Belgium (5$/month). That's why 10/10 **What do you dislike about HotTelecom?** interface looks unlogical chat agents do not work when it's night in Europe. We can integrate many lines within minutes and configure numbers very frequently. IVR tree solution is a great way to accomplish this. The office space shift was almost seemless as no numbers changed for employees. **What do you dislike about HotTelecom?** Almost all applications now have video support. Missing that feature with Hottelecom. **What problems is HotTelecom solving and how is that benefiting you?** Hottelecom has all tools in one place - SMS, VOIP available in many locations. Rather than physically waiting for connections in each location, I was able to get their service and my office connectivity up and running in a day's time. And it becomes difficult and time-consuming to redirect calls to the needed departments all the time. Now we have a virtual phone number with a complicated IVR tree so the caller is able to choose the needed department while calling by themselves. So, we were looking for the solution that can let our clients call us for free and to get data from all the process to analyse it for further decisions. Our team managed to connect all the needed PBX services without any physical equipment. The prices for international landline phone numbers are reasonable and geographical coverage is really wide! These guys also provide high quality of the phone calls (there were no problems with our Internet and their SIP forwarding). **What do you dislike about HotTelecom?** I am not be able to work with call statistics in my personal account. All the data can be downloaded in csv format only but their support told me they are working on that feature of a personal account. **Recommendations to others considering HotTelecom:** HotTelecom is really a good choice for those who are looking for reliable and user-friendly business telephony solution. HotTelecom support team helped us with all our questions. **What do you dislike about HotTelecom?** It would be great to have video-conferencing service as a part of this package, but, unfortunately, HotTelecom do not offer such an option at the moment. Hope they will improve that. **What problems is HotTelecom solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is important to organaize communication process inside the company, especially if you have no only one physical office. VoIP system is one of possible solutions for that.
