Also, our managers now have weird schedules with COVID and being able to access the book at home or in the office makes updating records and information much easier than a book that looks terrible by year's end. **What do you dislike about HotSchedules Logbook?** In our books, we may need to keep a receipt or attach it and now we have to take an extra step and scan it and it is a little tedious. Also signing into the website is a little longer than grabbing the logbooks off the shelves. **Recommendations to others considering HotSchedules Logbook:** HotSchedules and Fourth do an excellent job setting up a tutorial. Take advantage of it. **What problems is HotSchedules Logbook solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can document everything and keep records between all managers in one website and app. We can record temperatures, inventory, employees out for COVID, and what the symptoms are. We use it for tasks that need to be completed every day and for accountability on other tasks. Its very easy to use and everything is laid out perfectly. **What do you dislike about HotSchedules Logbook?** On the iPad, it is a lot slower than the computer and iPhone for some reason. Our employees always complain about how much time it takes to use the logbook when the drop-down menu is needed for 20 plus items. **What problems is HotSchedules Logbook solving and how is that benefiting you?** Were solving accountability issues and making sure things are getting done on time and in the right way. I like that you can go back and view who did what and it makes it easy for accountability. I like the different features like the ToDo and the Contacts page. These features make handling the store easier. **What do you dislike about HotSchedules Logbook?** I really dislike a part of the task list that takes super long to fill out. It lags on the iPad and takes a while to load. I feel like you should be able to edit how things are filled out and instead of writing names, you can make it easier with initials or something to make the process faster and easier. **What problems is HotSchedules Logbook solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem I have is it taking to long to finish a task list and a benefit is the Contacts availability to contact other workers in the store and contact corporate. ### 18.
