HotSchedules Logbook helps us to know how we can manage manpower for day-to-day working. It helps in knowing whether we are working as planned or not. If a person supervises a warehouse and someone in his team is allocated for dispatch, we can check if the person responsible for dispatch is working as per his schedule or not. We are unable to see who's on leave or on vacation. My request to the developer is to please add this feature so we can check who is working today or who is on leave, allowing us to reschedule our daily work according to the manpower available that day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have a small office and everything little book and portfolio and folder take up space. Also, our managers now have weird schedules with COVID and being able to access the book at home or in the office makes updating records and information much easier than a book that looks terrible by year's end. It does take a while for employees to learn how to input their hours and schedules in the app. In the beginning, likely, the information they entered might not be entirely accurate. It might be necessary to double-check and provide more training if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
