Before even signing up with Hostpapa their support team was extremely helping to track down our domains and our clients domains, helping us to re-claim them and transfer them onto their server. It may well have gotten better since then. For me there was speed and downtime issues. I bet that problem has been solved. The lack of service, lack of support, and even to the point that their support personnel try to tell you the issue you're having is with YOU, not them. The issue was definitely with Lunarpages and their servers, but they refused to investigate, until I finally decided to move my websites to a new host. Recommendations to others considering HostPapa: While their Control Panel was decent, and they used to be a great company, their support services has gone down to nil. Terrible service, blaming customers for issues they've caused, and you'll waste months trying to find out what you're doing wrong...only to discover it's them, NOT you! Great customer support that is easy to reach and explains things or fixes things for you. I just received fantastic technical support from Lunarpages. It's good most of the time. I can't think of anything, I am very happy with them.
