**What do you like best about Hostify?**

I like how easily Hostify integrates multiple channels, making it simple to manage different properties without feeling overwhelmed with messages. I also found the initial setup to be easy and felt comfortable from the beginning.

**What do you dislike about Hostify?**

The customer attention is slow sometimes.

**What problems is Hostify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hostify to manage multiple properties without being overwhelmed by too many messages. I like how easily it integrates multiple channels.

They are having a great and easy portal the app is amazing

**What do you dislike about Hostify?**

When I signed up, they limited my account, so I researched the article items and couldn't see these settings, so I contacted support. I waited a day, and they answered we will enable this option for you it's very frustrating for every setting to contact them

**What do you like best about Hostify?**

Hostify has made it very easy for us to manage our listings on different platforms, bookings, availability,... all from one platform
It has helped us to avoid double bookings, and has increased our visibility by connecting us to different channels.
The owner statements tool facilitate the management of our business a lot. And also the mobile app!

**What do you dislike about Hostify?**

I have seen an incredible improvement in Hostify over the last year, and although it has a few things to improve (like everyone else) it is evolving very quickly.

**What problems is Hostify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It help us to manage our guest communication and all our channels from one system. Also Hostify allow us to have a full control of our performace in real time, in a automated way. I have seen an incredible improvement in Hostify over the last year.

Possibility to grow in our business model, customer/sales always support available, integrated functions to make you more efficient, new features to be developed, stay in touch with market tendencies!

**What do you dislike about Hostify?**

Current CRM and WhatsApp integration under development...In some local markets, there is a need to have another payment getaway. Perhaps some videos or manuals with best practices about the platform...it allows you to create and personalize many things!

**What problems is Hostify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hostify is currently improving many other vital areas that will impact positively our business, like the Accountant module, CRM module, Housekeeping module, Owner portal with more functionalities and App with new features

The growth of Hostify in just one year, leaving its main competitors behind, has pleasantly surprised us.

- Channel manager with the necessary integrations
- Billing module (competitive advantage)
- Unified chat
- Clean and well-designed interface
- Automations

Additionally, emphasize the exquisite commercial treatment provided by Joan.

**What do you dislike about Hostify?**

At the moment, we have not detected any errors. It fulfills what was promised.

**Recommendations to others considering Hostify:**

After doing more than 20 demos with the main channel managers in the market, Hostify is the most complete option and at the best price.

**What problems is Hostify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company requires a channel manager capable of automating almost all processes, which leads us to rule out most companies. However, Hostify has everything we need. Additionally, we have managed to improve our billing process and the quality of our own booking portal compared to our previous channel manager.

The support is the best out there - Whatsapp group chat that you can contact and get a reply within minutes.

Great system with great features that i havent seen on many othe channel managers including auto

**What do you dislike about Hostify?**

The CRM system needs a bit of a tweak - Not much to complain about - overall a very good system

**What problems is Hostify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation was the biggest issue which Hostify has an abundance of. Pricing is very competitive

This platform has become the neurological center of our business. You can manage hundreds of properties from a single program and also multi-units. It works for vacation apartments and my hotel and residential buildings.

The team is also very professional.

I have nothing to reproach them for or anything I miss

We have moved from manual work to a whole world of automation.

We save time, we work more efficiently, we have increased our exposure enormously, and we are generating numbers like never before.

The accounting tool is remarkable, easy to use even though you are starting. Moreover, they have a great team behind that will help you with anything you need as soon you contact them. They are available always :)
