What I find most helpful is the ability to quickly identify destinations and hotels that align with my meeting requirements, while having access to detailed property information, meeting space specifications, and direct contacts in one place. It significantly reduces the time spent researching multiple websites and reaching out to hotels individually. One of the biggest advantages of using Hopskip is its efficiency. The platform streamlines the early stages of site selection by helping me narrow down options based on my program needs, making it easier to identify properties that are a good fit before issuing an RFP. It also introduces destinations and hotels I may not have otherwise considered, giving me more options for my clients and organization. Overall, Hopskip saves time, improves the sourcing process, and helps make hotel selection more informed and efficient. **What do you dislike about Hopskip?** To be honest, I haven't found much about Hopskip that isn't helpful. The platform has been a valuable tool for hotel sourcing and has made my research process much more efficient. The only challenge I've encountered is that, on occasion, I need to explain to hotel sales teams that I use Hopskip as part of my sourcing process. Some hoteliers are very familiar with the platform, while others are not and may initially push back or have questions about how the inquiry originated. Once I explain the process, those concerns are usually resolved. Overall, this has been a minor issue and has not outweighed the significant benefits Hopskip provides in streamlining hotel and destination sourcing. **What problems is Hopskip solving and how is that benefiting you?** Hopskip has helped solve several business challenges related to hotel sourcing and site selection. The biggest benefit has been reducing the amount of time required to identify potential hotels and destinations that meet our program requirements. Instead of spending hours researching properties individually, I can quickly narrow my options and focus on venues that align with our meeting space, guest room, and location needs. It has also helped expand the range of hotels and destinations I consider. Rather than relying solely on existing relationships or familiar markets, Hopskip has introduced me to new properties that I may not have discovered otherwise. This has resulted in more competitive options and stronger proposals for our organization. It saves me a ton of time with RFP templates, saving contacts, and especially in client proposals and reporting. I love that they're constantly evolving the technology and champion for user feedback. My favorite feature currently is the live link they provide for clients to be able to see hotel proposals through the decision deck. The very best thing about Hopskip is the staff and support they offer. I love the chatbot and that it gets me to a human when needed, and quickly. I love the entire team, they're incredibly responsive and collaborative. In a technological world, everyone is so sick of being put on hold and robots that don't understand. While this technology is advanced and evolving, I never feel like I'm just stuck and have and entire team humans behind it to help. It's truly the best of so many worlds! I am also a huge fan of the education they provide. It really feels like an all-inclusive tool for me in hotel sourcing. **What do you dislike about Hopskip?** I would love to see more hotels getting on board. I want HopSkip to reach out to hotels to make the experience better on their end because it sometimes can affect the response rate. I think the messaging system needs to be updated within the platform and, would love more customizations to have it work within my unique workflow, or pulling reports to lessen the formatting work. **What problems is Hopskip solving and how is that benefiting you?** HopSkip saves me a ton of time with templates and saving contacts. I love how much they're constantly evolving the technology. My favorite right now is the live link, a decision deck, that lets clients see hotel proposals that come in. It also solves lots of problems of client presentation through spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, and many other options. ### 3. The tool comprehensively collects all of the necessary information for an RFP in an easy step-by-step format and has a robust search feature, making the identification of suitable properties very easy. If I ever encounter any issues while using the platform, the customer support team is incredibly responsive and efficient which is also a key feature in their user experience. Hopskip distinguishes itself in the marketplace with its robust and unique reporting and analytics tool, helping me do my job at a higher level without having to waste a lot of time. **What do you dislike about Hopskip?** The only challenge to using Hopskip is the adoption in the market due to the dominance of their major competitor, Cvent. Adoption has vastly improved over the years but hotels will still sometimes prefer Cvent. **What problems is Hopskip solving and how is that benefiting you?** When I adopted Hopskip, I was new to the sourcing side of the event business and it was a tool that made that learning curve very easy. I source a lot of hotels throughout the year and Hopskip makes doing so easy, speedy, and effective. Their intuitive RFP form is easy to fill out. Their robust search feature makes identifying the right properties very easy - I really love how they will suggest comparable properties and markets, and how they highlight hotels who are offering sales incentives. When I do need customer support, their response is immediate. I have never used a product or tech tool with better customer support than Hopskip. Hopskip simplifies a very cumbersome process, and makes my team standout amongst our peers with their unique reports and analytics. ### 4.
